5 Herbal Remedies For Gum Infection

Gum infection is caused by bacteria. These bacteria stick on your teeth in the form of plaque. This results in swollen, red gums with bleeding. People will shirk away from you due to bad breath. You should brush well enough so that the plaque is not allowed to deposit. If that is not done the plaque will harden over time and will become harder to remove.

If you have been living with dental plaque for a long time, and the doctor has diagnosed you with gum infection then you need to undergo treatment. The bacteria need to be cleansed along with the hard plaque. But that does not mean you must visit a doctor. There are herbal remedies for gum infection which are quite efficacious in comparison to traditional treatment. Let us explore some herbal alternatives for treating gum infection.
