Description: You send your current data as Excel spreadsheets (see details below) we extract and populate your Batch Master PRO data file with your data. We provide PDFs of the data we have used so you can check any discrepancies, a backup copy of the data file in case you make any mistakes and a live Batch Master PRO data file loaded with all your current customers, products, suppliers and opening stock, according to your Excel data. Ideal if you've just done a Stock Take!

We aim to complete all this within one week. The stock is left in an open form so you can update this. Also we can leave batch numbers in a generic form for you to fill in before going live.

What we need: We can provide Excel spreadsheet templates for you to work from or work from your own existing ones. If we work from your data we need the following:

Customers: *Customer number (max. 10 char.), ^Title, First Name, Surname, Address Line 1, Town, County or State, Postcode, ^Country, Telephone number, *Status, you can also provide ^Company name, Address Line 2&3, Alternative or Mobile number, Fax, Email.

Products: *Product number (max. 10 char.), Product name, *Category, Supplier, Selling Price, Tax rate (if applicable), ^Minimum stock level, ^Reorder stock quantity, you can also provide Other Product name, Description (max. 250 chars.), ^% Discount, ^Unit.

Suppliers: Supplier name, you can also provide ^Contact name, *Address Line 1, *Address Line 2, *Address Line 3, *Town, *County or State, *Country, *Postcode, *Telephone, *Email, *Website, ^Description of services (max. 100 chars.).

Stock: Product number (max. 10 char.), Product name, Quantity, Cost, *Batch number, *Expiry date, Manufacturer (or same as supplier). All your current opening stock data.

*If not provided we will insert a random value, ^If not provided this field will be left blank. We can put XXXXXX as the batch number for you to update later if you prefer.
