Description: A separately purchased tool, previous Batch Master PRO customers are allowed a 25% discount, paying only �£90.00 for a permanent use license.
Uses your existing Batch Master PRO data file which already contains records of your customers and prescriptions to allow you to easily correlate and match customers with conditions, dietary, lifestyle and supplement advice. There is also an optional outcome area where you can configure questions and answers for customers to respond to on each visit. This should then allow meaningful analysis for any conditions, treatments, studies you want to run. The MYMOP system will be used for this (can link to Excel) to provide data for qualitative studies. There will also be a way of adding and analysing quantitative data for statistical T test studies if required.
Designed in an automatic wizard format to minimise user time spent, whilst generating maximum output. Ability to enter your own conditions, dietary, lifestyle options but also preloaded with many commonly used items already to save time and typing!
The idea is to make a simple, easily operated tool that produces significant meaningful data:
You should be able to observe your prescribing trends for various conditions
Be able to compare with others on this to see any universal trends (ICD codes, MYMOP, Prime MD input/outcomes)
Check for correlations on herbal use for various conditions
Allow mini studies with patient groups to monitor progress in certain conditions. It has been decided especially from feedback with herbalists that the MYMOP system and T test will be adopted and facilitated to provide this. Covering both qualitative (MYMOP) and quantitative (T Test) data as needed.
ICD codes will be used to classify with the option of extending your own descriptions too. Input from various tests will be configured also. We are also considering allowing the use/integration of Prime MD health questionnaires if appropriate copyright permissions can be sort.
Indicate your performance in treating various conditions
Work out the relative costs and duration of treatment for particular conditions
A set of standard statistical reports (with descriptions!) will also be automatically generated for those needing instant help and guidance on Clinic Audit! The idea is to harness output giving you meaningful feedback whenever you need it.
Much more can be added and this would be practitioner driven to increase usefulness.
