Integrating Quickbooks and Batch Master PRO

Post by bmadmin »

Extract data from Batch Master PRO

Using the Extraction tool in Batch Master PRO (go into Reference from Main Menu) you can choose dates between which transactions from Batch Master PRO can be extracted into a .QIF or .XML file format. For Quickbooks if you choose .QIF then you can then further convert this file into .IIF format which can then be directly imported into Quickbooks.

Use a converter or other software to allow import into Quickbooks

You can find suitable file converters on the internet and some sources are listed below. We also recommend that you contact your Quickbooks supplier to check with them about how best to convert .QIF files for import into Qucikbooks.
