Can I print a copy of my stock without all the preloaded herbs showing? With all of them it's 75 pages long and I don't have anything like that many items.

It depends what sort of list you want. From Products screen you can choose which categories of products to print be selective, if all the the unused products have the same category name then this should be easy to do.
