Entering Opening stock/Problems after pressing complete
Posted: Thu Nov 16, 2006 9:36 amTHIS PROBLEM HAS NOW BEEN FIXED IN BATCH MASTER PRO WHICH CAN NOW BE DOWNLOADED FROM THE SHOP, PLEASE UPGRADE!
The opening stock screen tries to ensure you only enter items of opening stock with a positive value or quantity (i.e. >0) and that a selling price has been entered too. Please note that if any transactions get through without this then BM will behave very strangely and some areas will stop working.
IT IS VERY EASY TO CORRECT THIS!
All you need to do is add your data file BM_be.mdb to a compressed or zip file, attach it to an email and send to me:
support@herbalmedicineuk.com
It takes a minute or two to correct, then the corrected data file will be returned to you. Simply copy this back into the BM folder and everything should work as normal again!
